HoopDome is a state of the art, multi gymnasium basketball only facility located at Downsview Park. The 42,000 square foot premiere basketball facility has been open since March 30, 2007, and addresses the growing demand for basketball in Toronto.

TorontoBasketball.ca is proud to be partnered with HoopDome, a destination spot for basketball athletes, families and teams; from grass roots house leagues for 8 year olds to elite boys/girls teams for teenagers, to men’s and women’s winter & summer leagues , tournaments and clinics . This is the centre for amateur basketball in Ontario, and the facility operates 365 days a year.

HoopDome consists of

• four (4) regulation basketball courts
• three (3) smaller half courts (“cages “)

The cages have a unique outdoor or urban look seen in many American cities, but have the luxuries of being inside, safe from the harsh Canadian weather. Each of the full courts come complete with bleachers, high end portable baskets, scoreboards and professional style hardwood floors. HoopDome offers a variety of programs for all levels of basketball players; including youth (boys – girls) leagues , adult (men – women) leagues , tournaments , coaching clinics , camps , corporate events , rentals and more.

Conveniently accessible by Car or Transit

From the east to HoopDome (75 Carl Hall Rd)

Hwy 401 to Allen Expressway. North on the Allen Expressway to Sheppard Avenue. Turn left (west) on Sheppard Avenue, and continue on Sheppard around the army base and under the train tracks. Turn left on John Drury Drive to enter into Downsview Park. Stay on John Drury Drive until first stop sign. Turn left on Carl Hall Road. Stay on Carl Hall Road and continue over the train tracks to the end of the road. You will pass the aerospace museum, and veer to your right. You are at HoopDome. Park your car, and come on inside.

From the west to HoopDome (75 Carl Hall Rd)

Hwy 401 to Keele Street. North on Keele Street to Sheppard Avenue. Turn right (east) on Sheppard Avenue. Turn right on John Drury Drive to enter into Downsview Park. Stay on John Drury Drive until first stop sign. Turn left on Carl Hall Road. Stay on Carl Hall Road and continue over the train tracks to the end of the road. You will pass the air museum, and veer to your right. You are at HoopDome. Park your car, and come on inside.

TTC Access

The TTC is now offering summer service in to Downsview Park/HoopDome. From Downsview station take bus 101 to the Aerospace museum stop and walk around the corner to the Hangar. Bus 101 service times are as follows: M-F 9am-3pm and S&S 9am-6pm; leaving every 20 min. from Downsview station.
